It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’ve been, or what you’ve done, you matter to God – and that means you matter to us. You are of infinite worth. We are glad you are here.
Granger Community Church is a real-life community on the move—real humans living our real lives, making mistakes, experiencing triumphs and joy, doing the best we can with what we’ve been given, finding our next steps towards Jesus and helping others do the same.
Mark and Sheila started this church in their living room with five people in 1986. Now? Granger Community Church has thousands of attendees at two campuses in Granger and Elkhart, at Monroe Circle Community Center in South Bend, in a prison reentry center, and online across the US, India, Singapore, the Philippines, Canada and the UK.
The world is our gathering place. Café tables, bus stop benches and cubicles serve as our pews. Conversations are our sermons. On the weekends we gather in multiple locations to celebrate, learn and focus. During the week we are the Church, on the go—in our communities, work places and schools. Wherever we are, we are helping people take their next step toward Christ…together.
ABOUT NEXT STEPS
We’re a church with many expressions—hipsters and adrenaline junkies, accountants and artists, conservatives and liberals. Regardless of the labels we apply to ourselves and others apply to us, you’re loved by Christ. He provides you with your true identity and the only label you’ll ever need.
Point your feet in the right direction, take a step, and see what happens. But don’t go it alone – we weren’t made for that. Join with people who will walk with you and pick you up when you stumble and fall.
We are Granger Community Church.
Helping people take their next step towards Christ…together.
